We have worked on a number of large scale and prominent developments within Newcastle and the Hunter Region.

Newcastle University Student Accommodation

Our company completed the internal linings package on this project for John Holland. Our work on this project came to an end in February 2015 after being on site for 14 months. During the construction of the student accommodation buildings, we employed up to 120 people. The majority of those employed were from Newcastle or the Hunter Region.

This project involved the construction of 4 x 7 storey buildings which contained 335 residential apartments to house 778 students. The materials used on this project were steel stud framework, plasterboard and fibre cement sheeting. We also worked with a number of different insulation products including Polastic insulation.

Watt Street Commercial (Base Build)

Our company was awarded the internal and external linings package by Stronach Constructions (Newcastle).

The internal linings package on this project included the construction of over 7,000m2 of exposed grid ceilings. Our company also installed the timber feature walls and ceilings throughout the building.

The external linings package involved the construction of the building’s façade, including the distinctive orange feature above the entry which was sheeted with Alpolic cladding.

Newcastle Airport Extension

We were contracted to complete the internal and external linings on the Newcastle Airport extension for Hansen Yuncken, and are due to complete this work in 2015.

The external linings package included approximately 1,600m2 of cladding using CFC sheeting.
